IT Business Analyst - ERP职位说明及要求

Job Description:

Working as global support team to provide service to US user.

Support Xccelerator ERP application Sales and Distribution function.

Provide application support/solution on related interface and systems.

Working with IBM WW support to optimize system & working process.

Provide training for L1 support and end user.

Flexible to work from home.

Working in different time zone from 8am to 5pm EST.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above， major in information management system or related area.

Good communication， presentation and analytical skill.

At least 2 years working experience in ERP system applications.

Experienced in order fulfillment， distribution and/or manufacturing process.

Experienced in SQL/Brio query， AS400 experience is a plus.

Capability to work under pressure.

Good command in English (Writing & Spoken).
