| 业务拓展顾问BDConsultant职位说明及要求 | |
岗位职责： 1.完成个人业绩目标 2.不断开发新客户 3.维护客户关系，搜集客户信息 4.应收帐款的管理 5.传达客户反馈，提出合理化建议 6.执行上级安排的其他工作 任职要求： 男、女不限，大专以上学历； 一年以上销售工作经验，有人力资源外包服务销售工作经验尤佳； 有较强的进取心和协作能力，工作积极主动，能胜任在压力下工作； 良好的英语听说读写能力优先考虑 Job responsibility Fulfill the personal sales target. Search and develop new and potential clients. Maintain good relation with clients and update client information. Transmit the feedback from client with reasonable suggestions. Other works from your leader. Job requirement Junior College or above At least have 1 years working experience on sales. HR out-sourcing service experience is a plus. Fluent written and spoken English is a plus Good team player with strong writing and inter-personal communication skills Self-motivated, active Willing to take responsibilities and work in a dynamic and high pressure environment. |
