| QualityAssuranceManager职位说明及要求 | |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Work with internal operations to identify and eliminate quality defects from the operation. -Facilitate team activities as needed to support organizational goals. Train, facilitate, and catalyze the organization in the areas of problem solving tools, continuous improvement, and quality systems. -Evaluate and report internal quality performance. -Interact with Procurement and Project Development to ensure that the product specifications meet JCS requirements. Maintain a strong working cross-functional relationship with Product Development, PIE, Production, Materials, Warehouse, and other management groups. -Manage the daily activities of the Quality Assurance team. -Responsible for assuring that corrective action requests for internal quality issues are implemented and effective. -Support new product development by executing all required PSA inspection activities. -Lead Quality Engineers in blitzes, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. -Directly manage the internal plant inspection teams. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE -Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of problem solving tools and techniques. -High energy, assertive and results oriented leadership skills including a thorough knowledge of business planning, project management, team facilitation, and conflict resolution. -Ability to understand and communicate short and long range plans to subordinates and bring focus to the Quality Assurance team. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate team building. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including English. -Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes. -4 Year College Degree preferably in the Engineering or Quality disciplines. -Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality systems. -Leadership style that is team oriented and results focused. -5 to 10 years experience in a quality leadership capacity within a high volume manufacturing environment.
