| Senior Legal Officer/Legal Officer职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities : - Review， command and draft legal documents - Enforce the contract review workflow and procedures - Handle patent， Essential IP， compliance matters - Maintain department‘s database and filing system Requirements : - Legal (or Legal English) related educational background - 3 years+ relevant experience， preferably experience in a law firm or in-house legal department; with more relevant experiences - - would be considered as Senior Legal Officer - Mature， diligent and able to handle matters independently - Proficiency in Word， Excel and Chinese word processing - Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. - Hardworking， detail oriented and able to work independently - Immediate available is plus |
