Responsibilities :- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources function including but not limited in recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, industrial / employees relations for factory plants in PRC. To formulate and implement HR policies and procedures in line with corporate compliance. Supervise the HR team for factory plants to perform HR tasks and support effectively and efficiently human resources function for factory plants. Observe changes of the legislations in PRC and recommend necessary action where appropriate. Ensure compliance with PRC employment and related legislations. Closely work together with human resources team in Hong Kong and PRC to achieve objectives. Actively involved in the setting and design of corporate culture. Partner with teams from EHS / Compliance as well as Administration to implement policies and procedures in line with corporate compliance. Requirement Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business Administration or related discipline. At least 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment with 3 years in managerial position, experience in MNC manufacturing process for HR & Admin. function is highly preferred. Knowledge in code of conduct, social compliance and EHS for manufacturing plans is a must. Pleasant personality and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good presentation skills and well-organized. Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must. Proficient in PC applications and Chinese Word processing. Station in China is required. |
