| FinanceController职位说明及要求 | |
This position is responsible for directing the overall accounting and financial functions of CIEM. 1.Supervise and manage the accounting functions of CIEM in compliance with all corporate and legal requirements. 2.Ensure that the financial statements are correctly, timely and accurately presented and prepared according to GAAP and all governmental requirements 3.Responsible for monthly forecast and MBR package, annual AOP process, provide the accuracy and valuable information and analysis to management team 4.Provide the professional financial expertise and solutions to support business development and strategy and drive the operation excellence, and ensure tactical decisions and plans are financially sound and aligned with corporate/sector/unit strategic goals. 5.Asset and risk management, include: Cash, Inventory, AR/AP, review of all capital expenditure or asset disposal requests, and Safeguard company assets by executing adequate internal controls and approval procedure. 6.Responsible for treasury, taxation, FX control, internal and external audit 7.Build up strong finance team and develop financial talent. 8.Implement consistent process consistency and reporting across the plants Minimum Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree or chartered certification desired(CMA, CFA, CPA) is desired. 2. 10years accounting experience; 5years managerial experience required in manufacturing environment. 3. Proficiency with computer systems&PCs, Microsoft applications (Outlook, word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint), ORACLE, MFGPro or an equivalent ERP/Manufacturing application. 4. A deep and broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, generally accepted accounting practices/principles, IR financial policies and regulatory requirements/issues is required. 5. Leadership in interpreting, administering and driving fiduciary responsibility in the inplementation of accounting policies and regulations is a must. 6. The ability to translate business and strategic goals into action plans is required. 7. The ability to work well and influence others in a matrix management environment with accountability to cross-functional partners is a key competency. 8. Other competencies include a high level of integrity , superior leadership, communication, time management and change management skills, and the ability to motivate and lead in a dynamic fast-paced environment. 9. Must have average understandingof Six Sigma mothodology, tools, and philosophy. Business partner with heavy involvement in day to day operations. 10. Must speak and write fluent English. 11. Working knowledge of joint venture tax&customs laws will be a definite advantage, in addition to management experience with multi national companies with operations in CIME. |
