Main Duties:
Duty on formulation design and related key ingredient details
Direct the daily work of RD Technician / RD Operation.
Train / improve the formula capability of RD Technician / RD Operation.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Major in Chemical， Polymer or related;
3.More than 2 years working experience of Research and development in powder coatings manufacturing Company.
