| ManagerinEnglish职位说明及要求 | |
This position includes: 1, editing and revising English articles and scripts; 2, preparing daily and weekly work planning according to GM’s instructions and accomplishing this planning on deadlines; 3, ensuring smooth execution of work planning, handling emergencies, communicating with editors and third parties 4. devising new productivity-oriented solutions for editors and writers 5. training newly-hired editors and writers 6. recommending hiring and firing of editors and writers 7. advising GM as to market trends in the Chinese tourism industry Job requirements: 1, majored in English with graduate student certificate, and having excellent writing/editing skills in English; 2, an in-depth knowledge of China and its culture; 3, worked and/or studied in the USA, and some knowledge of Western consumers 4, strong leadership capabilities, as the work will involve meeting targets and deadlines; 5, a liking for sales, 6. ability to stand high pressure; 7, mastering Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and some knowledge of WMM; 8, At least 3-4 years of proven work experience, preferably in the publishing business (work references requested). 9. Recent graduates MAY NOT apply for this position (unless graduated from a US university). |
