关键工作Principal Activities --参加SECCO的HSE各项培训，并在HSE的规范要求下进行生产活动。 Participate in various HSE training of SECCO and take production activities according to HSE regulations and requirement. --参加SECCO和OSBL 组织的各种培训，不断提高个人的业务水平。 Take part in various trainings organized by SECCO and OSBL team in order to develop self technology level. --负责OSBL-公用工程的现场操作。根据OSBL值班长指令配合公用工程DCS操作员进行现场操作，将生产工艺参数控制在技术文件所规定的范围之内。 Be responsibility of OSBL site operating of OSBL. Make site operation according to OSBL shift supervisor’s instruction and assorting with OSBL DCS operator in order to ensure various production process parameters are controlled within the range of technology document regulations. --负责按时、认真按规定路线进行现场巡检。 Make regular route position review on time and seriously. --在现场能准确判断和解决生产及操作过程中出现的各类问题，并根据汇报程序向相关人员进行汇报。 Be responsibility of timely diagnosing and dealing with various problems occurred in production and site operation and report to relative personnel as per report procedure. --负责事故状态下的能及时判断事故的性质并在值班长的指挥下配合DCS操作员进行处理。 Timely diagnose accident character and deal with it under shift supervisor’s command and assorting with DCS operator during accident situation. --负责装置开停工、事故处理以及日常生产中的现场操作，根据生产需要接受DCS操作员的指令进行相关的现场操作。 Be responsibility of plant start-up and shut-down, accident treatment and make site operation as per production requirement and DCS operator’s instruction in normal daily production. --负责按时、认真填写岗位记录。 Fill in the position record seriously and truly. --除了基本的操作工作之外，还需进行经过训练及能够胜任的一些工作，包括抽样、油及油脂设备、仪表的检查、辅助维护等。 In addition to basic operating tasks then will also carry out tasks for which they have been trained and are competent, this could include sampling, oil and grease equipment, instrument checks, minor maintenance etc. --现场操作工有能力利用DCS进行监测，并能够在DCS操作工的监督下进行有限的相关工作。 Operator has ability to utilize the DCS for monitoring and can also carry out limited tasks under the supervision of the DCS operator. 经验/技能要求Experience/Skill Requirement --具有石油化工工艺专业相应学历。 Own petrochemical process profession and relative academic records. --具有三年以上石油化工行业的操作经验。 Get 3+ years operation experiences in petrochemical industry. --对行业生产、安全、技术等情况和要求有了解。 Know of petrochemical industry requirement and situation on production, safety and technology. --善于协调并建立必要的人际关系和网络，具有出色的化工操作技能。 Be good at coordinating and establishing necessary human relations net and have excellent chemical industry operation skills. --需提供证明自己能力的业绩记录。 Self performance record is proved. |
