Spengler Guangzhou is looking for a supervisor / Senior Engineer to manage the testing of our products through the development stage to mass production stage. Background / Experience -Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical / Automatic Engineering with 5-10 years experience -Familiar with complicated equipments -Product validation (qualification) test experience -Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. -Good ability to communicate in English is essential -Designs and monitor experiments to address specific product design problems. -Plans manpower, schedule, and test equipment required for each test request of a development project -Prepares test reports for accuracy and completeness, especially includes accurate information which relates to product, makes sound conclusions -Communicates information such as test method, test criteria, and test results to test requester. Answers questions, addresses concerns and provides laboratory services as needed -Monitors test set up, reviews actual test set up for compliance with test plan. -Recognizes unexpected or unreasonable results and/or testing delays, bringing unusual situations or problems to the attention of the manager -Familiar with Design of Experiments (DOE) -Familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic components, and microprocessor |
