Our client, headquarters in Europe, specialized in the production and sale of glass bottles for the perfume and pharmaceutical industry, is looking for an experienced Production Manager/Director - Zhanjiang Based -Guangdong Province Contact Ms. Angel Liu Contact: angel.liu@chinateam.com datacenter@chinateam.com 1. Our Client Our client‘s headquarters was in Europe, specialized in the production and sale of glass bottles for the perfume and pharmaceutical industry, with facilities in France, Germany, Spain, US, Russia , Brazil and China. 2. Position Profile - Responsible for the planning, the organization, the co-ordination and the control of production in the company. - Plan and schedule production activities and ensure that they are implemented correctly. - Must endeavor to produce given quantities at the lowest possible cost. - Manage the operation of production processes. - Keep the manufacturing cost under the standard cost and work to get it at the lowest possible. - Direct and motivate the workforce, often through supervisory staff - ensure that quality standards and deadlines are met and quality controls are in place - Plan ahead for future contracts, overseeing the ordering of raw materials, storage and upgrading equipment - Maintain good industrial relations, keeping staff regularly informed of changes - liaise with other management professionals - Hold responsibility for health and safety issues - Participate in the elaboration of the budget in the industrial domains - Allocate the resources of the plant and of staff in the most effective proportions to meet targets. 3. Candidate Profile - Minimum 6 Years experience in the Glass or Mechanical industry - Excellent analytical skills and ability to maintain attention to detail - Team player and result driven; - Good time management and cost saving orientated. - Ability to meet tight deadlines - Ability to remain calm under pressure - Good communication skills, particularly the ability to influence and persuade others, and write concise reports. - IT, technical and process know-how - Organizational flair - An understanding of how production fits in with the rest of the business. - Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment - Excellent organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - University degree in Engineering or related field; - Excellent English both speaking and writing; - Team player and result driven; - Good time management and cost saving orientated. 3.
