HeadofCustomerServiceOceanfreight（深圳）职位说明及要求

JD:
1) Serve as a leader of the customer service group at business unit to ensure excellent customer service in co-operation with the document processing group.
2) Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention strategies and staff training by implementing effective
3) Ensure standard handling instructions for each customer, check on customer credit prior shipment handling.
4) Provide guidance to customer service team on a continuous basis, assist management in training and education of the department staff and arrange for cross-training.
5) Work with Sales on account implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Operations, visit principal / Key customers regularly and accompany sales staff on visits, if needed.
6) Monitor proper filing and updating of all departmental records, monitor and adjust work load if necessary, hold regular staff meetings.

Requirement:
1) Industry experience 3-5 years, management experience minimum 2 years.
2) People Management and Leadership(Recruitment/Selection/Training & Development/Coaching/Performance Management); Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control); Decision-making capabilities.
3) Customer focused; Analytical Skills (Analyzing Referrals / Creative Thinking); Process and Project Management skills; Able to work in a diverse environment and cultures; Network & Relationship building – both with External Customers and Internal (staff/employees); Communication & Interpersonal skills
4) Language skills: Fluent in English and knowledge of local language will be advantage.
