The incumbent reports to the Sales Manager,he/she will be responsible for sales activities of semi-conductor distribution services. Responsibility 1.Handle Japanese customers‘project especially OEM Japanese project 2.Identify new applications (design in) in the market to broaden the customer base 3.Optimize sales by selling all the line cards 4.Prepare sales forecast and quotation 5.Review customers‘buffer request 6.Supervise and solve any issues sales staff encounter 7.Take initiative to improve sales team‘s performance Job Requirement 1.Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline, especially Electronic Engineering 2.At least 4 years sales experience in semi-conductor with knowledge of electronic component 3.Excellent communication and presentation skill 4.Good command of English and Mandarin 5.Good handling of Japanese is highly preferable 6.Service oriented,aggressive,detail oriented,self-motivated and adapt to change 7.Proficient computer skills(especially Excel) |
