Job Description: -To provide all the administrative supports for the office and daily operation like: Document filing Stationery Order, Maintaining office supplies inventory Coordinating HR administration Hotel and ticket reservation, Translating documents Meeting arrangement Other administrative affairs required, etc -To provide finance support for the finance department, like: Cash flow record Voucher management and reimbursement Make petty cash summary and bank summary monthly Deal with bank related issue Office expense control and report Liaison with finance department and relevant department, etc -To provide administrative supports to relevant department when it necessary -To finish other assigned job Job Requirement: College or University degree, major in finance related preferred. Two year’s relevant working experience. Have knowledge and working experience in accounting preferred. Good English skills both in oral and written Strong communication and efficient coordination skills Basic skills of computer like WORD, EXCEL, etc. Pleasant personality, Self-motivated, responsive, Patient and detail oriented |
