3 years + PQE Corporate or IP Trademark lawyer for a top tier U.S. firm Beijing ? Minimum 3 years experience， preferably with a US based law firm or an international law firm. ? JD from US law school - top 50% of the class， or LLM plus bar license from NY (or any other state in the US ) ? Must have some experience in either one of these two areas of law: ? Trademark enforcement， enforcing IP， seizing counterfeit goods in China ? Transactional experience such as Foreign Direct Investment， mergers and acquisitions in china， formation of Chinese legal entities ? Fluent in both English and Mandarin ? Capable of traveling to the US 1 or 2 times per year ? Excellent drafting skills ? Ability to attract and retain clients with further career development (does not need portable business at this time， although that would be a plus). |
