4 years + PQE U.S. Securities lawyers for a top tier U.S. firm Beijing & Shanghai Join the US Securities Practice Group of a well-established US firm in Beijing or Shanghai ! We seek lawyers with minimum 4 years experience in international equity and debt offerings， including SEC registered Rule 144A and Reg S transactions. Must have excellent academics， be qualified in the U.S. and have native level of English and Mandarin Chinese. Prior experience in leading US practice a plus. |
