1.Sourcing, headhunting and telephone screening all candidates in banking sector 2.Develop and build target lists 3.Source companies for information through utilization of available reference material 4.File search internal data base 5.Liaise with internal contact to develop source materials 6.Maintain/update information on an ongoing case 7.Undertake research to identify key employees, ex-employees and key opinion leaders, at all level across industries and develop a relationship to gain information 8.Attend client visits with consultants to gain understanding of assignment 9.Approach potential candidates; assess suitability and gain candidates commitment 10.Arrange for initial candidate /consultant interviews 11.Act as a link between client/consultant / candidate through out assignment 12.Ensure accuracy and integrity of database, do reference check
