Manufacturing Manager

Job Description:

University graduated in Mechanical、 Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering;

Minimum 5 years and above working experience in semiconductors manufacturing field with 3 years experience at supervisory level;

Solid experience on production shop floor management with years of working experience in foreign enterprise， can lead teams to achieve pre-set company goals;

Strong team building skills and capability of solving production problems， sound supervisory experience in production shop floor;

Strong leadership competencies and capability on production/process/quality problems analysis and trouble shooting;

Hand on experience on FMEA， SPC， JIT and TPM， experience on quality improvement and productivity improvement;

Good command of spoken and written English;

Report to Senior Manufacturing Manager
