Your tasks are as but not limited by the following: A.You need to provide an in depth market study for each new center that we are opening. The process will start from macroeconomics, and then filter down to microeconomics. B.Building the product, construction management, cabling, and all the details. C.ERP integration D.Company formation. E.Operation planning – open bank accounts, set internal control, hire people, business cards, stationary, prepare all necessary legal documents to obey local laws, including service agreement, use of space agreement, employment agreement, and others. This part involves HR, Legal, Operation, Accounting and IT. F.Marketing – pre opening marketing, such as advertisement, brochures, websites, PR, and others. G.Training – make sure all the people go to Shanghai for training, and make sure they pass our exams before going to work. H.Grand opening – set dates, and make all necessary arrangement of people, attendees, catering, and others. I.After grand opening, follow thru with sales and operation. J.You must be willing to travel and to take other tasks deemed necessary from senior management. Requirement: University graduate with at least two years working experience. Real estate industry knowledge and experience. Proficient on excel, word and powerpoint. Accounting knowledge and practice. Be able to make financial budgeting and forecasting. Good English, both in written and verbal. |
