At Xpress, our Account Manager will take charge of the daily sales operation to drive the team towards fulfillment of the team’s goals and sales targets. In order to do so, the individual will have to be entrepreneurial and resourceful. A customer-service oriented attitude is required as service is at the core of our business and we aim to establish long term working relations with our clients. As clients come from diverse background, Xpress’s Account Manager will have to be effectively bilingual and be equipped with good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skill. Qualified candidates are expected to fulfill the following: 在快速印刷，我们的营销经理将负责日常销售任务，带领团队达成销售目标。因此他必须做到才智勇敢，并具备企业管理能力。服务是我们工作的核心，我们致力于与客护建立长久的合作关系，因此我们需要以客护为导向的工作态度。由于客护们来自不同的文化背景，我们快速印刷的营销经理要能精通双语（英语和华语），并掌握写作，钩通能力和人际交往技巧。符合要求的人选将需满足以下内容： Responsibilities: Management of sales process -Ensure efficient and effective daily operation of Sales -Mentoring of Account executives to ensure good product knowledge and effective pitching. -Ensure timely and continuous maintenance of client relations. Manage the team effectively -Manage a team of 1-2 Account executives. -Foster team work and motivate co-workers to promote constructive work culture. 职责： 管理销售流程 -确保日常销售高效率并有效地完成。 -指导销售专员，确保他们掌握产品知识，并有效地完成销售任务。 -及时，持续地维持客户关系。 有效地管理团队 -管理壹支由1-2位营销专员组成的团队。 -培养团队精神，激发员工工作热忱，营造团队合作的氛围。 Experience: -Possess a proven track record in sales. -Bachelor Degree and above. Business, printing, advertising, publishing or other related specializations are preferred. -At least 3 years of experience in printing, advertising and/or publishing industry. -Possess extensive professional network. 经验： 具备销售经验，并曾有壹定的销售业绩。 学士或以上学历。经济，市场营销，印刷或其它相关专业者优先考虑。 All successful applicants may be required to go to our China Headquarter, Shen Zhen or Global Headquarter, Singapore, for 1-2months of training. 所有成功被录取的人员需到中国总部，深圳，或集团总部，新加坡，进行壹到两个月的训练 Kindly attach Photo to CV 请在简历上附上照片 在印刷，广告或者出版行业至少具备3年工作经验。 具有广阔的人际关系网。 |
