2 OP positions. Job Description Daily operation duties Daily communication with customer, suppliers and other colleagues for operational purpose Follow up and tracing shipments detail, especially loading, customs declaration, Form A, Form E, CO, Vessel certificate, B/L . Issue draft bill of loading and invoice to client Arrange payment to suppliers Report to branch manager if any operation problem settle problem in time. Requirement Bachelor; University degree English Test 4 Grade passed At least 1 year working experience in ocean operation or customer service Can work under pressure take pains; Good communication skill Familiar with PC and Windows.
