| ShiftLeader生产轮班领班职位说明及要求 | |
Major Functions: -Execution of production plan -Ensure all statutory and company HSE standards are recognized and maintained throughout the shift.To stop any activity that does not comply with the company HSE procedures. -Ensure that product quality standards are met and provide judgment decisions,where required,in their achievement.To stop production in the event of quality problems. -Provide training to operators to develop their knowledge and skills -Liaise with Maintenance staff to ensure optimum use of production and other equipment Qualification and Experience: -Safety awareness -Minimum university graduate in Engineering -Supervisory experience a must -Ability to manage team activities with strong people management skills -Good communication skills -Basic English skills -Basic computer skills in MS Office -5S exposure preferable -Over 3 years compounding experiences is a must -Forklift licence an advantage -Will work on shift |
