| ProductionPlanner/CSR生产计划员职位说明及要求 | |
Major Functions: -Collect sales order information from Marketing and put into ERP system, ensure sales orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively;prepare sales forecast as required -Arrange suitable transportation and ensure that products are delivered to the customer on time and of correct quantity at the most cost effective way -Handle customer complaints and assist Marketing and Quality departments to solve the issues -Schedule and coordinate production plan according to the sales forecast with production and technical departments -Gather raw material requirements,place purchase orders for RMS,make sure that all RMS required are available for production -Implement minimum / maximum stock level for raw materials and finished goods -Make sure that finished goods inventory in ERP system is accurate Qualification and Experience: -University degree holder or equivalent -Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / production planning role -Possess sound shipping knowledge -Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese -Proficient in using Microsoft Office software -Experience in using ERP computer system preferable -Good communication skills with staff and customers from different functions and overseas offices -Demonstrate and possess team work spirit |
