Job Duties -To direct, manage, plan and control the operations of all aspects of building services and the general administration function to provide an effective and efficient supporting service Requirements -University degree with 5 years related experience and with at least 3 years in supervisory position -Building management & technical knowledge, relevant PRC laws and statutory requirements by acquiring professional training or equivalent qualification -Building Management Experience: Working experience in property management field with no less than 5 years in supervisory level -Resource management: At least 5 years experience in leading a group of building and security staff in building management and services field -Can work independently with good interpersonal skills |
