系统工程师/SystemEngineer职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and monitor major systems status, including network, servers and business applications;
Troubleshoot on systems level by varied situations when need;
Pick up ISD hotline calls and check Helpdesk email to log all service request and assign to corresponding parties;
Maintain all office IT equipment and coordinate third-party vendors for maintenance of network hardware, software, and telecommunications services ;
Document and facilitate technical training;
Involve and support projects upon assigned;
Ad hoc support request from management.

Requirements:
Bachelor‘s Degree or above on Computer Science or related disciplines;
3 years work experience on network/hardware/software;
Excellent command of written and spoken English;
Rich and hands-on experience in problem solving;
Quick learner and easy adapt to new technologies;
Customer orientated with good communication skills;
Team Player.
