FinanceManager-Factory职位说明及要求

Job Description:
To be the head of Financial Department in China and handle all the financial issues of the subsidiary factories as follows and keep the good cooperation with the financial people of Headquarter in Spain:
1.Establishing China Operations
Introduction to China business requirements;
Feasibility studies for establishing Representative Office (RO),Foreign Investment Enterprise (FIE) and Joint Venture(JV);
Preparation of required documents for application;
Acquisition of various government approvals;
Management of business registration procedures with local authorities;
2.Accounting
Implementation of accounting systems;
Maintenance of accounting books and records;
Preparation of annual and periodic accounts and financial reports;
Preparation of consolidated accounts;
Consultation on accounting methods as practiced in China;
Training on International Accounting Standards and computerized accounting systems for Mainland-based clients.
3.Tax Advisory
China tax compliance services;
China tax consultations;
China tax planning;
Advising on the latest changes in taxation laws, rules, regulations and practices.
4.Customs
Ensure all import/export customs compliance issue

Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Finance, Economics and Accounting or other related studies;
Fluent English and Mandarin is a must, good Cantonese and Spanish is preferable;
10 or above years working experience in multinational company;
Excellent PC skills, especially in Excel, familiar with SAP knowledge;
Qualified as CPA(certified public accountant), ACCA is preferable;
Strong analytical and communication skills, Mature and Independent;
Easy to involve in the different foreign company culture.

Salary: Negotiable

Reimbursable travel expenses.
Annual leave (10 working days either in Chinese New Year or National Day, exclude the Public Holiday)
13 months salary will be offered to the right candidate.
5days work week
