| 培训经理TrainingManager职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: Work out training plan to comply with business development; Analyze training need based on company strategies, market status and operation requirements; Develop training programs based on training needs; Set up, maintain training support system and monitor its operation to ensure required effectiveness achieved; Prepare, monitor and control the annual departmental budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the business plan; Identify priorities among many tasks to allocate and utilize the available resources reasonably to complete each task within budget; Coordinate with various departments, especially sales departments, to carry out training activities with requirements; Deliver advanced training courses; Qualifications: Bachelor‘s degree or above At least 6 years’ working experience with 4 years in life insurance industry 3 years‘ sales training management experience Be fluent in oral and writing English Be familiar with Word、Excel、PPT, etc |
