Specific Responsibilities and Activities will include :
Prepare the Annual Plan, monthly review of operational results, risk review, and development of monthly solution submissions. Coordinate and interface with the appropriate Area management.
Provide adhoc financial reporting and analysis to the WCS CHINA AGM and provide recommendations on business issues identified by the business or proactivly identified within the planning team.
Provide proactive consultative support on business issues that arise as required to appropriately support the needs of the business and their efforts to achieve business objectives.
Re-engineering and continuous process improvement of financial practices to ensure maximum quality and utilization of resources.
Timely and accurate financial reporting, planning, and forecasting for P&L, balance sheet, and asset management items.
Provide proactive analysis on Solution profitability and communicate assessment and risks to business management.
Liaise with the infrastructure organizations (e.g. WCS Regional Planning, Controllers Group, Accenture Outsourced Services Center, CRS contract Managem,ent team, Business Operations, SDO, Human Resources) regarding order and backlog management, compensation, accrual accounting, revenue accounting, asset management, real estate, purchasing & procurements, internal control compliance, etc.
Staffing, development, retainment, and succession planning of financial planning employees.
Responsible for financial internal controls compliance. Full compliance with revenue and cost recognition policies.
Suitable applicants will have the following qualifications :
Minimum 5 years business management experience. Knowledge or previous work experience with the applicable COMPANY solution is a significant advantage.
Proven proficiency in accounting and strong knowledge of standard accounting practices, and COMPANY policies.
Demonstrated ability to liaise with key organizations (i.e. operations management, sales, Professional Services, other BUs, and Controllers).
