Job responsibility:
Support daily finance planning and analysis work for fast growing China business. Responsibility include :
Yearly budget
Monthly closing
Monthly P&L forecast
Quarterly business review
Provide various business reports and analysis
Attend bi-weekly sales review meetings and provide order/revenue forecast
Sales compensation set up， calculation and monitoring
Contract review and internal control
Working relations :
Need to work with sales team; country/area/region management; analysts in region and Corp; legal dept etc.
Job requirement
Can work under big pressure and meet deadlines under tight schedule
Can face challenge and overcome many difficulties to get work done
Team worker， strong inter-personal ability
Quick learner and work very efficiently
Accuracy in daily work is important
Good level for both written and oral English
Sounding experience in M&A company
CPA or MBA a plus
