| A long standing player in China， this firm’s securities practice has represented issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private offerings of equity， debt， and equity-linked securities， involving multi-nationals based in mainland China， Hong Kong， Taiwan， Singapore and other Asian countries. The ideal candidate possess a US JD or LLM， who is both NY qualified and has had extensive practice experience gain from an international law firm in or outside of China. Particular experience in working with companies in industries such as mining， telecommunication， banking， manufacturing， and Internet are favored. On offer are direct path to equity partnership， full support of the board and other partners to help build the securities practice in China and the platform to attract elite local and international clients.
