| Training Supervisor职位说明及要求 | |
| Principal Accountabilities: -Identifies training needs, schedule, develop and deliver competency based training programs, supplying training support to biz/ org development. -Monitor, supervise, motivate the learning process of all participants during each allocated training courses. -Manage the process of training activities in Cooper to be effective: training policy, process, records, evaluation, and etc. -Conduct Internal Trainer Program. Cultivate Learning Organization culture in business divisions. -Lead part of Leadership/Management Development Programs. Requirements: -Bachelor Degree, no requirement of major. -4+ years above relevant experience in training function in multinational companies -Language capabilities: Good verbal, reading and written English skills. -Good problem solving skills. People-oriented, systematic and a good communicator, team leader. -Experienced in delivery of training programs with accreditation in programs will be preferred -Passion to be the best, ownership. |
