| Quality Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Requirement: 1.Degree holder in Engineering， Quality Management or equivalent. 2.Highly proficient in both spoken and written English. 3.Minimum 5 years Quality Management in companies with PRC operation. 4.Working experience in captive manufacturing site under Headquarter directives is preferred. 5.Working experience with Global brand OEM customers a definitive advantage. 6.Working experience with 3rd party suppliers especially in PRC is a pre-requisite， knowledge in electronic / audio / speaker or computer peripheral supply industry preferred. 7.Manufacturing and supplier quality management experiences are equally important. 8.In-depth knowledge in ISO9000 system requirements and implementation.Knowledge in QS9000 & ISO14000 is an added advantage. 9.Sound knowledge in statistical process control and advanced problem-solving techniques. Duties: 1.To maintain and continuously improve quality management system towards ISO 9000 and other international standards whereas appropriate. 2.To assist the Director of Quality to develop， monitor， implement quality improvements through strong leadership in the quality organization and promoting TQC culture and Business. 3.To assist the Director of Quality to provide manufacturing support to 3rd party suppliers. 4.To assist the Director of Quality to set up and to co-ordinate quality information flow amongst suppliers， manufacturing facilities and HQ Quality for better performance monitoring and control， and improvement of system and product quality. 5.To manage and improve customer complaints handling system， define guidelines and procedures including Return and Failure Analysis Management. 6.To achieve cost improvement targets through collaboration with Engineering，and Materials to improve production cost. 7.To provide support on reliability testing for material approval， new product development and returns analysis. 8.To implement quality key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure， monitor， control and drive for improvements. 9.To pre-empt potential quality issues in the product development phase and during normal productions and take appropriate preventive actions. |
