| 品牌专员职位说明及要求 | |
BASIC FUNCTION Support brand manager in product portfolio management, product marketing related functions to ensure overall profitable growth and market position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.Product line management in terms of sales analysis, portfolio review and SKU rationalization 2.Rationalizes product mix and implement product phase in and out plan 3.Works with marcomm specialist and POS specialist to develop and implement effective advertising, promotion, POSM and merchandising programs 4.Conduct market analysis on competitive products & market situation on a continuous basis 5.Identify market opportunities and work with R&D team for new product concept development, 6.Define product features and benefits, differentiate the positioning 7.New product launch proposal preparation including sales forecast, price and channel strategy, marketing support, etc. 8.Align cross functional ( R&D, Sales, technical service, Customer Service, Communication, Supply chain etc. . . .) team to implement the new product launch. 9.Product training materials and tools development, Liaise with technical and sales team to coordinate product training for internal & external customer(s) as and when needed. 10.Post launch performance tracking and improvement 11.Product database maintenance 12.Act as contact point for product-related enquiry, for internal & external customers. RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS Reports to Product Manager 1.Internal Customers - Frequent contact with internal customers such as R&D, technical service, finance, supply chain, sales, etc. 2.External Contacts - Frequent contact with customers (end users/dealer), distributors, supplier and agency, occasional contact with official organizations and compliance agencies. BASIC REQUIREMENTS 1.University degree or above 2.2-3 years work experience in product marketing 3.Experience in chemical industry would certainly be a plus 4.Strong commercial sense and analytical skill; ambitious, persuasive, result oriented 5.Good presentation skills 6.Ability to handle multiple projects in a parallel manner, well organized in information, resources and time 7.Well experienced with adequate MS office software as well as acknowledge a satisfactory written & spoken English level |
