| SixSigmaManager职位说明及要求 | |
岗位描述 1.Trains and mentors on Lean & Six Sigma tools and methodologies to pre-selected Bekaert employee. 2.Manages, facilitates, and coaches (cross-functional) lean & Six Sigma projects in various plants to reach target on customer and waste elimination. 3.Measure the results of the site continuous improvement efforts and publish findings to drive learning and improvement. 4.Improve the competence of TQM facilitators and project leaders in plants in the field of lean Six Sigma as well as project management. 5.Organize six sigma project day. Identifies and implements best practices to ensure best solutions and methods are known and implemented across all plants. 6.Organize learning stops to continuously improve our approach and system of lean six sigma implementation. Actively contribute in TQM culture development as a member of China TQM team. 职位要求 1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering or science. 2.Certified six sigma black belt. Good knowledge and >= 5 years experience in Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing or project management. 3.Preferred working experience in mechanical or automobile manufacturing industry. 4.Strong initiative and work independently. Good communication and organizational skill. Demonstrated leadership skill. 5.Good people affinity and people skill to balance the focus on people development and task accomplishment. 6.Good oral and written English. Good MS-office skills. Good presentation skills. 7.Experience in training, coaching and consultance. 8.Willing to travel frequently.(50~70% traveling percentage) |
