REPLACEMENT for whom:New Positions(6) ADDITION(provide justification):The addition of new facilities in northern China requires the additional quality support. To whom will this person report:Quality Manager-Suzhou List individuals in the company who should interview the candidate:Scott Boles/Ronnie Cheong POSITION TITLE:Quality Assurance Inspector DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Plan,organize,and coordinate the quality activities for the assigned Bissell product manufacturing locations,including: -Final Inspection: -Sampes production product using the approved audit instructions to ensure product conforms to the standards. -Notifies the quality engineer whenever audit instructions are not available for new products. -Enters inspection results onto the Quality Tracking database.Notifies the system administrator of any database problems. -Notifies the quality engineer and supplier representative of any findings. Provides a daily summary of findings to BHI quality assistant. -Process Audits: Upon discovery of quality issues during final inspection,audits the production line to try and identify causes of problem and to ensure problem is contained. -Training -In conjunction with the quality engineer,trains any new or contract inspection personnel on job responsibilities. -SEC‘s(Supplier Engineering Changes): Reports all identified product changes discovered during the inspection to the quality engineer. -New Product Launch/Trial: Assists the Process Auditor on the 30-piece inspection of the Trial Run product.Involved by the Quality Engineer,as needed. 2.Performs all other related duties as necessary. POSITION REQUIREMENTS -Good written and verbal communications. -Strong computer skills with a firm understanding of Microsoft Word,Excel,and PowerPoint. PREFERRED -Quality certifications,e.g.ASQ CQT,or equivalent -Working knowledge of electronics -Background in injectiong molding Bissell Homecare Inc. Summary for the offering terms of employment for the position Of Quality Inspector in Suzhou and Shenzhen 1.Base Salary- Take the 75th percentile of the market range as the mid point 2.Fixed Bonus- It is the 13th monthly salary 3.Cash Allowance- Meal and Transportation Allowance with RMB 300 each 4.Variable Bonus- It contains EVA and KPI for the level 2 or above associates 5.KPI- Each associate in grade 2 or above will have 3 KPI in a year and with 5% each 6.EVA- Start with 5 % up to 10% with one additional full year service and cap at 1X 7.Mandatory Benefit- Mandatory benefits cover for social and employment insurances administrated by FESCO 8.Supplementary Benefit- Top up medical and life insurances administrated by FESCO 9.Education Assistance- Approved job related educated assistance in reimbursement basis. |
