We need people who have excellent communication and supervisory skills, world class design concepts, ability to work under stress, efficient and service oriented. Conceptualize and draft the client’s desired design in a short time. 2. Communicate the agreed draft to the designers to do the complete sample. 3. Supervise and guide the designers to ensure quality yet efficient work done. 4. Conduct training to improve designers skills set and standardize design procedures 5. Willing to travel around the designated region. (Main cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen) 要求： 1、 在短时间内构思顾客所需要的设计，并手绘草图。 2、 把完成的图纸交给设计师，与之沟通，并让其做出样品。 3、 监督指导设计师们的工作，并确保他们完成高质量与高效率的工作。 4、 为设计师提供培训，提高他们的技能，同时规范化设计流程。 5、 有意愿被派到其他地区工作。（主要城市：上海、北京、深圳） Experience 1. Have at least 3 years experience in teaching design or other similar course. 2. At least diploma 3. Able to sketch the designs with free hand. 经验： 1、 有至少3年的设计教学经验或相关经验。 2、 至少大专水平 3、 有能力亲手为设计打草图。 **All successful applicants may be required to go to our China Headquarter, Shen Zhen or Global Headquarter, Singapore, for 1-2months of training. ** **所有成功被录取的人员需到中国总部，深圳，或集团总部，新加坡，进行一到两个月的训练** |
