Job responsibility:
Support daily finance pricing and analysis work for the fast growing Greater China business. Responsibility include :
Prepare bid review files for different projects
Provide customer quotation
Attend bid review meetings with different level of management
Be pricing expert for different products
Provide various business reports and analysis
Monitor product margin and provide reports
Manage business operation staffs
Contract review
Internal control and revenue assurance
Streamline business process.
Help business dept to solve related business issues
Coordinate with Corp， region， sales team and legal dept for business problems …
Working relations :
Need to work with country/area/region management; Corp order management dept; analysts in region， Corp and area; sales team; legal dept; Treasury dept etc.
Job requirement
Can work under big pressure and meet deadlines under tight schedule
Can face challenge and overcome many difficulties to get work done
Strong process driven person
Team worker， strong inter-personal ability
Good sales support attitude and problem solving ability
Quick learner and work very efficiently
Accuracy in daily work is important
Good level for both written and oral English
Sounding experience in M&A company
Need to have finance background
CPA or MBA a plus
