Summary Description:
The position will be responsible for Plant conversion cost tracking and analysis， capital spending tracking and analysis， CAR process handling， Plant expenses analysis and accrual， export revenue and invoice issue， SCER projects accounting， support Business manager for Manufacture‘s annual Plan and monthly outlook. This position will report to Business Manager in Beijing Manufacture.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Prepare Manufacture actual conversion cost vs. outlook tracking and analysis report monthly， review conversion cost report with budget owner and solve related inquiry issues.
Review Manufacture submits CAR， prepare CAR cover and handle CAR approval process.
Tracking Capital actual spending vs. plan/outlook， ensure the actual spending do not over plan/outlook.
Review and analysis manufacture expenses in each month end and ensure the expenses are booked accurately and prepare properly accrual and adjustment Entries.
Handle export revenue transactions and issue Pro-forma and Commercial invoices for export transactions and send related invoice to relevant person in export country.
Handle SCER project accounting and transactions， ensure SCER transactions are accurately booked in each month and SCER projects cost are charged out in time. Tracking and maintains SCER projects cost， allocation and charge record.
Reconciliation for relevant B/S account.
Support Business Manager for Manufacture‘s annual plan and monthly outlook.
Other ad hoc projects assigned by Management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree of finance/accounting or equivalent degree of business disciplines
2+ years experience in the accounting/planning analysis area.
Expert of MS application (Excel etc)
Familiarity with Oracle system will be a plus
Excellent Chinese and English communication skill
