| Job Summary Team-work oriented to continuously improve tool performance and accomplish production goals Principal Accountabilities 1、To initiate and implement the process recipe/flow for new advanced technology 2、To install new equipments and cooperate with vendors to meet the specifications and the production schedule 3、To calculate the usage of direct materials for production necessity 4、To sustain and continuously improve tool capability and utilization to meet production goals 5、To evaluate second source material and optimize process recipes for cost saving 6、To manipulate standard operation procedures for tool troubleshooting 7、To follow the company guidelines to accomplish the quality， safety， information security and environment policies 8、To constantly seek for improvements and innovations to fulfill goals of the intellectual property 9、Hands on problem analysis and problem solving skills 10、To attend OJT program to upgrade own process capabilities with colleagues 11、To participate in Fab emergency action plan to guarantee the human and property security Education Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering， Material Science， Electrical Engineering or Physic/Chemistry Science Other Essential Attributes 1、Familiar with Microsoft Office Skills 2、Special skill required: Necessary knowledge of semiconductor processing 3、Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills 4、Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English 5、Willingness to work day/ night 12-hour shift |
