Senior Technical Sales Engineer/高级技术销售工程师 联系方式: dong@ibg-shanghai.com 联系人：Jessie Dong 电话：021-64400181－111 Mainly in charge of sales & Technical support for MIG/MAG; TIG; Robotics torches and spare parts; Laser welding equipments in automotive field and heavy industrial field. 专门负责在指定区域销售MIG/MAG及TIG，机器人专用焊枪和焊枪配件以及汽车行业激光焊接设备的高级技术销售工程师. 职位描述JD： 职责: * Develop new market and customer; achieve the sales target in assigned territory. 开拓市场，开发新客户，按计划完成区域销售指标； * Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the existing customers. 与现有客户建立并维持一种长期稳定的合作伙伴关系; 跟踪并取得订单. * Develop new dealers in the assigned territory according to company policy; joint visit with Dealers to endusers; provide the training and management with dealers. 在指定销售区域建立开发新的经销商；配合经销商拜访终端客户;培训和管理经销商. * Provide professional technical supports for projects including products introduction and new products promotion ，technical seminar， model & parameter recommend， issues solving; quick response to complaints and quality problems. 为客户提供专业技术服务，包括产品介绍和组织新产品推广培训活动，技术演讲交流，选型，解决问题;质量问题和技术投诉快速及时处理等； * Collecting information of market and competitors and feedback to company timely. 搜集市场信息和竞争对手信息并及时反馈回公司； * 按时提交周报告和月报告及客户拜访报告。 Submit Weekly Reports， Monthly Reports and Customer Visiting Reports in time. 要求: Qualification: * University diploma or above on mechanical engineering/Automation/electric/ automotive/welding related major; sales or technical support experience with the welding， laser welding， automotive， robotics field preferred 本科以上学历，机械，自动化，电气，机电，汽车或者焊接及相关理工专业优先；熟悉焊接，有激光焊接或者汽车行业或者机器人技术销售或者技术支持经验者最佳. * 3+ years relevant sales/ technical support experience in shipyard/earthdigger/boiler/containers/ power plant/steel plant/ thick steel sheet metal welding field is an advantage; 3年以上在造船厂、挖掘机、锅炉厂、集装箱厂，电厂，钢厂，钢结构及厚板焊接或者焊机厂及相关 领域工作经验或工业产品销售或者技术支持经验最佳； * Good presentation and communication skills， team work spirit; have strong interest in learning new things and willing to face sales challenge with industrial customers. 具有良好的沟通能力和销售技巧及团队合作精神; 必须有直接面对工业客户销售的能力或经验. * Good computer skills， such as Microsoft office， AutoCAD， Excel， PPT etc. 熟练使用电脑及办公软件； * Self-motivated， hard work， good planning ability and can travel frequently， target-oriented and good service attitude 能吃苦耐劳及和压力承受能力，能适应经常出差；工作积极主动，计划性强；强烈的客户服务意识 |
