| Customer Support Engineer职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: -Evaluate the functionality of telecommunications systems and circuit cards returned from customers for failure analysis. -Troubleshoot the system to the subassembly level and determine the need for either repair or replacement. -Troubleshoot the circuit to the component level and repair. -Test and configure repaired systems and circuit cards to ensure proper functionality. -Clearly document fault analysis and resolution. -Work with design engineering when necessary to identify design flaws, implement new configurations or features, and to resolve root cause failure modes. Requirements: -BS Engineering degree strongly preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience will be considered. -5+ years experience in testing computer/data networking/telecom systems and subassemblies. -Experience with Linux, Solaris, or UNIX based systems. -Experience with Ethernet switches, network cards and processors. -Thorough understanding of computer systems architecture. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service, and people skills. -Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet the expectations of customers on tight deadlines. -Compact PCI, ATCA, Data Networking and Telecommunications industry experience preferred. -Scripting and programming experience, preferably using Expect, Python, and bash. -Test Plan and Test Procedure writing experience preferred.
