CODE：AP04 Responsibilities: 1. Marshall internal and external resources to complete portfolio of projects 2. Developing cost effective project scopes and estimates. 3. Detail design according to recognized APCI and external local Country standards 4. Manage project schedule 5. Control project costs. 6. Manage project-related permitting with local Authorities 7. Requisition key equipment and materials 8. Manage and document hazard reviews. 9. Defining equipment specifications 10. Prepare bid packages 11. Supervising construction 12. Manage project safety 13. Manage record documentation for turnover to Operations 14. May act as a technical consultant in specific areas of expertise Requirements: This position requires minimum 8 to 10 years of project and design engineering experience in the Petro-chemical, refinery or similar type production facility with at least 5 years of in plant experience. Minimum education requirement is BS in engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Process Engineering would be the preferred background. The incumbent should be a generalist in multiple engineering disciplines as his/her role would be broad. |
