Job descriptions: Ensure cost effective and qualitative production concerning systems engineering and machines. Responsible for the areas mixing, hot preparation, tire building, cold preparation, curing ,finish grading and paletization, as well as other machines and systems. Ensure the execution of safety measures. Ensure cost-conscious and qualified maintenance of production machines and systems with regard to future need. Organization and steering of tool fabrication and adjustment. Responsible for generating yearly budget and its adherence. Managing and coordination of suppliers for maintenance task. Necessary requirements: Education : University degree( Preferably mechanical or electrical engineering). Management Vocational Experience: Several years of experience in similar position or respective experience within company Experience with maintenance systems Additional requirements: English and German language skills Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics and controls. |
