Job description Managing the project department and the projects regarding to the time and financial requirements. Coordination of external suppliers in the plant. Specification of new equipment. Development from local suppliers together with purchasing department. Inspection from new machinery in the supplier plant. Installation, supervising and trouble shooting. Managing and administrate project team members, project controlling. Introduction and development of project management tools. Responsible for generating yearly invest budget and its adherence. Creating of the capital Request(calculation, tracking). Definition of new machinery together with the headquarter. Necessary requirements: Education: University degree( Preferably mechanical or electrical engineering),,Management Vocational Experience: several years of experience in similar position or respective experience within company. Experience in tire business, especially in plant engineering. Additional requirements: English and German language skills Experience in handling projects in an international company. |
