Regional Accounting Manager Asia Pacific(猎头职位：猎头职位:European Company/Chemical Industry某著名500强欧洲化工公司)职位说明及要求
Responsibilities
? Responsible for Asia Pacific regional financial reporting.
? Ensure Asian adherence to company instructions: mandatory credit terms， hedging， cost sharing agreements， transfer pricing.
? Develop and adherence to BU and Asian consistent standards and practices in accounting and control.
? Responsible for internal controls and administrative organization in the region.
? Coordinates support from SBU/Regional organization to Asian companies and Joint Ventures regarding: Insurance issues; Credit control; Tax/Customs/VAT matters; Current account reconciliation; SAP master data management coordination together with IM-group.
? Responsible for the Asia Pacific accounting/controlling department.


Qualification Requirements:
? The diversity of the SBU and the job demands a strong awareness of effectiveness and efficiency. (Time-tables / adequate reporting flows follow up etc.)
? University degree in Accounting， Economics， Business Administration or Finance
? Solid understanding of financial consolidation
? Social skills / team builder / communicator/ multicultural awareness
? Fluency in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin
? Experience (5+ years)， preferably with some in audit firm
? Excellent computer skills (MS-office， preferably with hands-on experience with SAP)
