Responsibilities: Products/Services Selling and Promotion Deliver the service products of MLOG FNG to local market in effective and quick way, focusing in: 1.FNG freight contract with carriers, especially in westbound corridor. 2.FNG LCL services, including TPP/KAO Groupage and Direct Box project. Deliver the sales and promotion activities to target market segment as per the marketing plan on regular base according to company biz strategy and plan. Promote the name of DSL Star Express to customers and increase the proportion of Westbound FCL/LCL CIF market share. Follow up sales leads from oversea liaison offices; perform effective cross selling with FNG sales network, PRC and Overseas, FNG and other Business Unit. Ensure the business process professional and profitable in close cooperation and communication with Cus/Op, Finance and Management. Customer and Carrier Relationship Development Establish extensive relationship with local import/export traders, local forwarders and other potential customer resources. Identify different needs of different customer groups, with the support of Cus/Op team, tailor-made forwarding products to extend and promote products in profitable manner. To identify and approach the -best customer based on our advantage, products and services scope. Market Follow-up and Analysis Connect with local market by establishing strong local network; reflect the market figures and tendency in timing and precise manner in Monthly Business Report and Analysis. Provide marketing information to overseas office and/or Corp office for rate negotiation and cross selling. Adjust selling priority and style timely according the floating market tendency. Commercial fulfilment and Cost Control Deliver results of sales and marketing program within budgeted time frame. Ensure the profitability of overall sales activities by offering or developing value-added service to customers conjoint with Cus/Op team. Make suggestions for improvements in all matters within your area of responsibility and ability to execute timely various projects assigned by Branch head and Corp management team. Efficiently use of sales expense budget, ensure overall sales activities cost effectiveness. Requirement: Very good command of English, reading, writing and speaking Extensive shipping knowledge and practice Strong communication and presentation skills Result orientation and Commercial awareness Creativeness and Flexibility Self-driven and dedication Aggressiveness and passion for outstanding.
