| AccountingSupervisor职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: 1. You will be fully in charge of accounting and finance activities for 3-4 subsidiaries, with 2-3 people under your direct management. 2. Ensure timely and accurate preparing accounts for all entities and act as final reviewer of closing accounts。Review and ensure compliance with local regulations, including tax, foreign exchange, etc. 3. Review purchase requisition and payment request, ensure AP is properly managed and payments are authorized in line with company policy. Participate in budget, rolling forecast and update quarterly when proper evidence arises. 4. Prepare monthly financial reports based on both PRC accounting standards and IFRS. 5. Draw up reports that analyze the differences between actual data and the budget, providing appropriate explanations to facilitate making decisions for improvement. 6. Review the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems, particularly in sales, procurement, costing, inventory, fixed asset and payment authorization. Requirements: 1. University degree or above is a must. 2. Must be qualified accountant, CICPA, ACCA or CIA is preferable, with minimum 5 years post-graduate experience. 3. Have previous independently managing finance team. 4. Good communication skills are essential for this position. 5. Good command of English is required, particularly written and reading. 6. Good understanding of RPC GAAP and IFRS. 7. Must be proficient in ERP systems. |
