LogisticsManager(深圳)职位说明及要求

JD:
1. Assure end to end internal SOP that cope with statement of work as committed by sales team.
2. Balancing of resources, human, infrastructure and sub-contractors.
3. Assure safe and healthy working environment are in place.
4. Assure tasks are carried out according to legal and Corporate guidance with sound audit trial.
5. Lead to hold periodically meeting with customers to attain improvement and win-win solutions.
6. Coordinate local cross functional issues.
7. Manage and resolve local disciplinary issues and conflict.
8. Look for opportunities and room for improvement, internal and external.

Requirement:
1. Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua, spoken and written.
2. Clear mind to logistics flow and tackling of figures and reports.
3. People management and leadership, network build-up through communications and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work independent and under pressure, analytic skill including time management and decision making.
5. 5 years or above on-hand experience in logistics field, good knowledge of oceanfreight & airfreight.
