| 生产主管ProductionManager职位说明及要求 | |
职责描述： （1）根据生产运行计划，制定生产目标、标准工时及生产计划以确保生产产量、产品质量以及有效控制成本，掌握生产进度，平衡调度人力、物流并使生产作业计划准时完成、入库、发运。 （2）负责监管现场日常生产管理并确保正常进行。不断改善提高生产效率，完成公司经营目标，制定月度生产考核方案。 （3）确保现场生产按照标准进行，严格控制现场不合格品发生频率和降低废品率。 （4）监督、引导下属做好5S等现场综合管理，确保现场员工按照公司行为规范有效实施和执行。 （5）负责设备管理，定期组织设备维修保养，提高设备完好率和利用率，确保有生产现场无安全隐患。 （6）制定员工培训计划、提高现场管理水平和员工素质及技巧。 要求： （1）大学专科以上学历，电子类相关专业 （2）至少3年以上电子业工作经验，熟悉现场管理，有较强的沟通协调能力和执行力 （3）具有先进的生产管理理念，熟悉精益生产，具有一定的仓库管理经验 （4）熟悉常用办公软件操作，有LED行业工作经验者优先。 Job Description: -Make products targets, standard work hour and work plan to ensure the products quantities, the products quality according to the production plan being carrying on. Control the cost and the production progress, make good use of the staffs and materials to ensure the finishing time of the production plan, storing and shipment. -Responsible for the supervising of the daily production management on the spot. Improve the efficiency of production, finish the company’s targets and make production assessment project monthly. -Make sure the factory work according to the standard, control the frequency and the rates of the defects. -Supervise and guide the underlings on the general management like 5S, make sure the staffs work and behave as the company’s standards. -Responsible for the management, maintenance of the equipments, improve their efficiency and safety -Make the training plan for the staffs, improve the spot management level, the quality and skills of the staffs Requirements: -College student or above, major in electronics or correlative. - At least 3 year’s experience on electronics, good command of spot management, strong ability of communication and implement. -Leading production management ideology, good command of specific production and experience on storing. - Well versed with daily office software, experience on LED field is preferred. |
