| Financial Analyst职位说明及要求 | |
| Summary of Position This position is responsible for performing functions to PP&E accounting and management control， cost analysis; prepare estimates and budgets. Position will assist Plant in complying with Corporate and Division Accounting and Internal Control Policies. Also responsible for preparing presentations and ad hoc business analysis as requested by Management， particularly cost analysis of the various product families， which requires comprehensive knowledge of SAP. The position is financial as well as operational and requires a strong background in accounting， especially in the areas of PP&E management， cost accounting， budgets， and analysis. Of equal importance is the ability to focus on key operational issues and identify their financial impact. The position also requires the individual to continually meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects. This position is responsible for a broad range of activities， which will require interaction with Operating Unit， Division and Corporate personnel. As such， the incumbent must have good interpersonal and communication skills along with the necessary accounting technical skills to handle the varied tasks. The position will also spend a significant amount of time on continuous improvement and cost reduction projects identified by management. The types of projects assigned require a high degree of personal motivation， independent thinking and analytical skills. Principal Accountabilities ? PP&E control deck; approval pre spending， spending track and reports. ? Assist in the month end closing process， including the preparation and/or review of journal entries. ? Perform monthly review and analysis of financial statements， cost centers， balance sheet accounts and operating variances. ? Assist in preparation and review of monthly， quarterly and annual reports as required by Division and Corporate. ? Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts， and provide explanations for variances against budgets and forecasts. ? Perform monthly cost mix/variance analysis and forecast. ? Review internal control systems and provide timely reporting in accordance with Company policies. ? Provide reports to Management as required and perform special continuous improvement and cost reduction projects as assigned. Experience and Training Required to Perform Job: Ideal candidate will have a college degree in Accounting and a minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment or seven years general accounting experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. CPA/CMA or equivalent preferred. Individual must also be able to speak and write proficiently in English. The individual should have experience with budgeting and forecasting; experience with US based GAAP Accounting， cost accounting and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Exposure to SAP required， experience with Hyperion a plus. |
